Chris Pullen
Chapter Chair
Chris Pullen began his career in contract security in 2002 as a security officer at a small local firm in Baltimore. Since 2002, he's held positions at most of the larger national firms, including security director, portfolio manager, compliance agent, licensing coordinator, and trainer, and in a variety of sectors, such as commercial real estate, government, higher education, and retail.
In 2018, he transitioned to the commercial real estate field, and he's currently Associate Property Manager with COPT Property Management at 100 Light Street in downtown Baltimore.
In this position, he's had the opportunity to generate guard services RFPs and contracts, design access control and CCTV systems, and provide CPTED guidance on construction projects. He previously served as 2018 ASIS International Baltimore Chapter Secretary.

Tiffany Renz
Chapter Secretary
Tiffany Renz has over 11 years of experience in the security industry. Currently a Regional Sales Manager at HID Global, she covers the Eastern US and Eastern Canada for their Secure Issuance Business Area. She has served on the Board of Directors for the ASIS Baltimore Chapter, holding various positions including Secretary, Vice-Chair, and most recently a two year term of Chair. She is the liaison for Women in Security for the Chapter, and also a member of Security Industry Association (SIA). She is presently the Sergeant-at-Arms for the Baltimore Chapter.
